Hey Gators..
Since I haven't gotten any news from anyone (hmm - does anyone still read this?), I thought I'd post some Alumnae Association meetings...Founders Day is coming up!
The Kappa Delta Alumnae Association of Tampa cordially invites you to attend the 2002 FOUNDERS DAY LUNCHEON
Date: Saturday, October 26, 2002
Time: 11:30 a.m.
Place: The Rusty Pelican - 2425 Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL
Cost: $20.00/person
Menu: Choice of one of the following: Grilled Salmon, Chicken Dijon, or London Broil.
Served with oven roasted potatoes, fresh vegetables, rolls & butter, and dessert.
We will also be collecting items to donate to a local Girl Scout troop. If you are interested in donating arts & crafts supplies (i.e. paper, pens, markers, glue, yarn, etc.) please bring with you to the luncheon and the items will be donated to a local troop. Monetary donations can be contributed as well.

Fort Myers- Lee County Alumnae Association presents
Founder's Day Luncheon
When: Sat., October 12th @ 11:30 AM
Where: Club Riveran, 1620 Winkler Ave., Fort Myers
Cost: $15.00 (includes lunch, beverage, and dessert)
If you're in the Fort Myers area, plase plan to join us as we celebrate Founders' Day and share our summer experiences! Whether you're visiting or new to town, young or old, come renew your Kappa Delta ties. We look forward to seeing you!
Please join us on October 7, 6:30pm at Baptist Hospital in Kendall for our first meeting.
Meet in the main lobby and from there, we'll go to the meeting room.
We will plan our activities for the year and start re-organizing.
Refreshments will be served, and more snacks are welcome!
Let's get to know each other -- bring your KD memorabilia (like pictures, books, scrapbooks etc) to share, so we can learn about each other's chapters.
The Daytona Beach Area AA will be meeting for a founder's Day luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14 at the Olive Garden in A1A in Ormond Beach. We'd love to have you join us. We will be taking a walk down "Memory Lane" and giving people a chance to share a favorite KD memory. Also, we'll make plans for our Spring Tea/Auction to be held in March at the Ormond Memorial Art Museum and Gardens. Questions or reservations....contact roylindaweaver@msn.com
Calling all alumnae in the South Atlanta area! The newly forming South Atlanta AA is having a speaker from the Sunshine League on October 8th at 7 pm. We are meeting at the home of Erica Walters in McDonough. Please join your sisters for fellowship and fun!
