Thought I should get another issue out, since both the Gabrielle girls sent in messages!!
For those who are going to Homecoming, hope you have a blast! Don't forget, Holly Tuttle, Beta Pi President, is on the HC Court -- cheer real loud for her, esp. if she gets crowned Queen! (2 yrs in a row for KD!)

Jon Oakes (a fellow Gator & Engineer) and I were married last
month in Ft. Lauderdale.
KD's Jill GABRIELLE Byrd (my sister) and Erin FLYNN Dries (PC '85)
were two of my bridesmaids. The majority of the wedding party
(bridesmaids and groomsmen) were Gators. The grooms cake was in the
shape of a gator. The groomsmen all wore Gator boxer shorts, and
at some point during the reception (outside of the dining area)
all dropped they tuxedo pants and the photographer got a shot of
the back of all the boxers.
I am now living in the Orlando area and working out of our home.
Unless Jon has to go to Japan for work, he and I plan to go up
to Gainesville for Homecoming. Is anyone else going?

Just a quick update on my sister, Paula Gabrielle (PC 85), in case she
hasn't done it herself..... as of September 30th, 2000- she is Paula
Gabrielle OAKES. She was a beautiful bride!!! She married Jon Oakes and
is living in Apopka (Orlando), Florida. She is still working for
Motorola- but from home. Our Beta Pi sister, Erin Flynn Dries was one of
the bridesmaids.
